Qualifications

Craig Morrison and Brian Bennett are both NRMCA (National Ready Mixed Concrete Association) certified as pervious concrete technicians and pervious concrete finishers.

They have poured 36,000+ square feet of pervious and are capable of pouring various types of pervious concrete: from standard 3/8 inch graded stone, to a sandy Perco-crete. PCI is also a certified Perco-crete installer using the preferred hydraulic placing equipment.

Craig L. Morrison is the owner and president of both CMI Homebuilders and Pervious Concrete, Inc. in Snohomish, WA. Craig has been in the land acquisition and development business for nearly 40 years and home construction for 20 years. his staff of 5 people in CMI Homebuilders, Inc. has over 105 combined years experience! They work with various sub-contractors and over 200 construction people throughout the year.

Brian Bennett has been in the concrete business for 20 years doing foundations and flat work. His staff of 10+ people has over 120 years combined experience in foundation building/pouring and some flat work.
